Role overload – when total the all role such as intersender, intrasender,interrole conflict and person role conflict, the organization,individual or person can't handle theirself and produce or perform at low performance.
2. Describe two (2) sources of job satisfaction.

Sex(Male and Female) – If we see at the satisfaction, we can know that the sex give a big effect example like he got a task to do something different from the male do so he will not be satisfied with his work..
